
Fitness Forward is an innovative program that educates and motivates elementary school students, parents, and staff to lead healthier lives by incorporating our five healthy habits into their daily lives:
- 1 hour + moderate or vigorous Physical Activity
- Less than 1 hour of TV or Video Games
- Eat 5-9 Fruits and Vegetables
- Drink Water, but No Sugar-Added Drinks
- 9-11 hours of good Sleep
